📌 Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

📌 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

📌 Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or design, please place a new order and return the original item.

📌 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made & personalized items (including custom wall art & special requests) are final sale.
  • Items damaged due to improper care or misuse are not eligible for return.

📌 How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back, and we’ll process the refund once received.
